Our Children's Class program is designed for children ages 6 to 11 years old. We teach children the Korean Martial Art of Taekwondo in a fun, safe, and positive environment. Our children's curriculum will improve our students focus and concentration, respect for oneself and others, self-control and self-discipline, self-confidence and self-defense. Classes consist of stretching, speed, strength and agility drills, forms training, blocking, punching, kicking, self-defense techniques and sparring training. Classes are divided by belt levels to separate beginners and advanced students.
